The emblem is roughly a horizontal tricolor of
red-white-blue (suitably patriotic), showing at the top the bottom part
of a red flag flying and at the bottom the top part of a blue flag flying,
against a white background. (This square may be interpreted as a cropped
scene of flag-waving Haitian or
Liechtensteinian patriots, or perhaps a mixed group of
supporters of the two major
parties!…)

Spanish original, taken from the
offcial Senate website
which somebody here hopefully can translate into english: «Art. 3.
- Las siglas serán P.P.Q.; color celeste; »…« logo:
bandera celeste con una insignia cuadrada multicolor y la inscripción
"PATRIA QUERIDA".»
Knut A. Berg, 20 Dec 2004
(The same text is at the
party’s
official website.) This means that the party acronym is "P.P.Q.", that its
color is sky blue (classically understood as very light blue), and that its
logo is a sky blue flag (!?) with a square multicolored emblem and the
lettering "PATRIA QUERIDA" (="Dear Fatherland").
